The City Clerk's Office is responsible for an array of functions as required by the City Charter and various State Statutes. 

The City Clerk serves as the secretary to the City Council, oversees voter registration, administers all elections and is responsible for the maintenance of all official City records, documents and ordinances. The City Clerk is the Freedom of Information Act Coordinator, administers oaths of office and serves as official custodian of the City seal.  Please review the following links for additional information:
