The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy has provided the Environmental Assessment (EA) and notice of 30-day public comment period for the City of Harper Woods’ sanitary sewer improvements project.
Notice of Public Commentary Period: Environmental Assessment
The purpose of this notice is to seek public input and comment on a preliminary decision by the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) that an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) is not required to implement recommendations discussed in the attached Environmental Assessment of a wastewater project planning document submission.
